Size? Well, I'm trying to buy it for the knees haha. The largest size being sold is L, so I bought it thinking it's for the calves. I haven't measured it yet haha. I recommend trying it on before buying.

Delivery delay
The size is too big, so I tried to put it on my knee but it didn't fit. It fits up to the elbow or calf, but it's impossible to get it to the knee.
The product is better than expected. The quality is good and it's refreshing.
I made a good purchase. I'll use it well.
This ice/heat sleeve id so great as i've done my recovery and rehab with s broken arm and wrists. Im using it both ways when my arm swells i ice it and when im about to do rehab i can warm it up quickly in the microwave.
I would recommend this sleeve to anyone recovering from a bad injury. I may even get another keep one for heating up and one in the freezer.
Size L seems to be for calves and elbows. It's too small to use on the knees~
I thought the size would be small so I ordered it to fit on my calf, but received two different ones.
Really the worst, delivery is also the worst and slow.
